Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process the refund:

Exchanges

Impact on Delivery Offers
Returning items may affect any delivery offers applied to your original order:
- If your order qualified for free delivery, a £3.99 fee may be deducted from your refund if the return lowers your order value below the free shipping threshold.
